What personal information do we hold about you and why
If you have contacted us to make a bed & breakfast booking, the personal information we hold about you may include your name, postal address, telephone number, email address and general information such as dietary requirements. This personal information is needed for the purposes of providing you with a room rate, processing your booking, responding to further queries and giving further details about our services.
Who do we share your information with
Your details will never be shared without good reason and will remain under our control and management always. The data passed will be limited to that necessary to complete the accommodation booking and we will never sell your data to a third party.
How long do we keep your information?
We only hold on to your information for as long as we actually need it for the purposes we acquired it for in the first place. In most cases, this means we will keep your information for as long as you continue to use our services and are deemed a client. After that we will delete it other than where we lawfully can keep any data for audit or legal reasons.

You have a right to access the information that we hold about you and to receive a copy. You should submit your request to us in writing, by post. You can also request us to correct any information that you believe is incorrect or incomplete. You can write to us at any time to request removal of the personal information we may hold about you.
